On June 30th, 2021,Professor Yin Haiqing, whom belongs to collaborative innovation center of steel technology (CICST), has meet the professor Zhang Xingchao who is the deputy director of the China academy of aerospace standardization and product assurance,and the his three fellows. They discuss and communicate the development and future planning of material science database .

During the meeting, Professor Yin gives a short introduction on the history, basic functions and construction plan of National Materials Scientific Data Sharing Network (www.materdata.cn) and explain and show the gap between domestic databases and   international databases.They all believe that big data-driven development of new materials will accelerate the development of materials in the immediate future, and the development of aeronautical materials database will promote the development of national aeronautical materials through combining engineering applications and scientific researches.  The development direction of aeronautical engineering materials database, including the framework and programming language of aeronautical materials database, storage mode, query method and data update are important topics of the conversation.
