Feng Yue was born in November 1969, and he is senior engineer of collaborative innovation center of steel generic technology. In 1993, he received his bachelor's degree in iron and steel metallurgy from east China metallurgical university, his master's degree in iron and steel metallurgy from university of science and technology Beijing in 2000, and his doctor's degree in iron and steel metallurgy from university of science and technology Beijing in 2009. At present, he was mainly engaged in the research of new technology of high quality special steel smelting.
