Zhangfu Yuan, the professor of Collaborative Innovation Center of Steel Technology. He is the talent introduced by "hundred talents program" and the "project of Jiangxi province elite talents 555" program. In 1996, he was a postdoctoral fellow at JICA kyushu international center, Japan. From 1997 to 2001, he was a lecturer at kyushu university of technology, Japan. From 2001 to 2006, he was a principal researcher at institute of process engineering, Chinese academy of sciences.In 2008, he was introduced as a professor/doctoral supervisor in the school of engineering of Peking University. At present, he is mainly engaged in energy conservation and emission reduction of metallurgy, recycling of environmental resources and materialization of space microgravity materials. He is also the deputy director of metallurgical solid waste resources utilization branch of China society of metals and an expert member of microgravity scientific committee of China space society. He has been responsible for or undertaken many national major projects, 2 key projects of the state economic and trade commission, won many provincial and ministerial science and technology awards, published more than 100 SCI papers, applied for 35 national invention patents, 15 of which are authorized patents. He has published 4 monographs (oxygen gun technology for steelmaking; Surface tension of metals and alloys was selected by science publishing house as the contemporary outstanding young scientific library.Interfacial physicochemistry of high-temperature melts;Excel analytical chemical reaction engineering). He is the co-editor of looking at chemical engineering in the 21st century.
