Guoquan Liu, professor in Collaborative Innovation Center of Steel Technology. In 1984, he received his Ph.D. from the University of Florida. At present, he is mainly engaged in material optimization design, metal materials (steel, powder superalloy, and data research), and published nearly 300 papers. The main lectures include Fundamentals of Materials Science and Engineering, Master Class (Bachelor) and Introduction to Materials (Chinese University Video Open Course). Chairman of the Materials Science Committee, Director of the Materials Department, and a core member of the National Teaching Team of Materials Science.
